Jack Dunagan
Jack Dunagan is the owner and president of Martin Mechanical Contractors. In his capacity as president, he oversees the day to day business as well as planning for the future of our company. Jack has over 32 years of experience in the construction industry and has been associated with Martin Mechanical since 1997. During his tenure Jack has served as estimator, project manager, vice president of operations and president. Jack is OSHA 30 Certified and is currently serving as Mechanical Department Head. He is a licensed HVAC contractor and a licensed Master Plumber.
Jack, a native of Barrow County, where he still lives on his family's farm near Statham, Georgia, is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Guy Power
Guy Power serves as the Plumbing Department Head. Guy has compiled a 34 year career in plumbing construction. His vast experience allows him to lead our plumbing department in any plumbing project that comes along. Guy began with Martin Mechanical in 1983 as a plumbers apprentice. He soon became a foreman and then superintendant over all plumbing manpower and now runs the entire department. Guy holds a Master Plumber's License.

Randy Frost
Randy Frost serves as a Mechanical Estimator and Project Manager with Martin Mechanical. Over the past 25 years, he has worked in many areas of the mechanical industry including construction and service.

Michael W. Kellum
Michael joined our team in 2018 as Estimator and Assistant Project Manger in our plumbing division. He also assists in our HVAC division. Michael has over 22 years of construction management experience, having worked in the construction rental industry and in the pre-fabricated housing industry. Michael is experienced in project logistics and administration.

Cole Dunagan
Cole began his career with Martin Mechanical while in high school and college. He worked as a plumbing apprentice and an HVAC technician. He became an HVAC estimator in 2020. He has worked with Martin Mechanical full time since 2012.
Cole is an avid outdoorsman and Georgia Bulldog fan. He lives in Barrow County with his wife Ivey.

Jessica Lemmonds
Jessica Lemmonds joined Martin Mechanical in November 2018 as our Corporate Controller. Jessica has over 25 years of experience in commercial construction accounting and financial management. She has also served as a Tax Accountant for a public accounting firm in Montana. She currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Jessica is a native of Morgan County and currently lives in Watkinsville, Georgia. She is proud to be a member of our team.

Teresa Self
Teresa Self has been with Martin Mechanical Contractors for over 30 years, and is responsible for contract administration, preparing the company's payroll and for keeping our accounts receivables current. Teresa believes that her success at Martin Mechanical is owed to four great teachers she has had during her time at Martin Mechanical: Paul Martin, Paul Minish and R. Jack Dunagan, who taught her to be a better person, and Jack Dunagan, II, who has taught her to believe in herself.
Teresa, who graduated from Madison County High School, resides in Hull, Georgia. She considers her co-workers to be part of her extended family.

Karen Dunagan
After having worked as a legal assistant for over 30 years and raising three children, Karen joined our team in 2015 as the accounts payable clerk. She performs many other important duties as well. She enjoys being a part of the family business.
