Jack Dunagan is part owner and president of Martin Mechanical Contractors. In his capacity as president, he oversees the day to day operations as well as planning for the future of our company. Jack has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry and has been associated with Martin Mechanical for the past 14 years. During his tenure Jack has served as estimator, project manager, vice president of operations and president. He is a licensed HVAC contractor and a licensed Master Plumber.
Jack, a native of Barrow County, where he still lives on his family's farm near Statham, Georgia, is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Married and with three children he enjoys spending time with his family, watching high school and college football and reading historical novels. Jack also is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying. His faith is the cornerstone of his life and he is active in his church and mission activities.

Wayne Bradshaw is one of Martin Mechanical's most valuable assets. He joined Martin Mechanical in 1965 and forty-five years later is still going strong. Through the years Wayne has worn many hats with our company. He started out as a sheet metal mechanic's assistant, was promoted to sheet metal mechanic, and then to field foreman. In 1977, Wayne became foreman of our fabrication shop and served in this position for 5 years before accepting a position as an estimator. Now serving in the role of project manager, Wayne oversees our most complex projects. In addition he is in charge of maintaining and managing our fleet, inventory purchasing, employee tool accounts and advising on sheet metal fabrication. His sheet metal knowledge and skills are second-to-none, and over the years he has passed his knowledge and work ethic on to many other Martin Mechanical employees. With the exception of two years spent serving his country (1967-1969) in the United States Army, including a one year tour of duty in Vietnam, Wayne has spent his entire career making Martin Mechanical a better place.
Wayne, a life long resident of the area, graduated from Madison County High School and holds a license in Conditioned Air. He has three children, Curtis, Amy and Wesley; two step children Ross and Joe and has been blessed with six grandchildren. Wayne is also a pilot. He and his wife Jill enjoy traveling, flying, motorcycles and spending time with family and friends.

Pruitt Manley, Martin Mechanical's Electrical Department Manager, has 26 years experience in the electrical contracting business and has been with Martin Mechanical since 2006. Throughout his career, Pruitt has acted as apprentice, project superintendent, division manager and project manager. His responsibilities at Martin Mechanical include project estimating, project management and managing the day to day operations of the electrical department. Pruitt has his Class II Unrestricted Electrical and Conditioned Air contractors license, is a Georgia Water & Soil Conservation Awareness Certified Subcontractor, and is OSHA 40 Certified.
Pruitt is married to Lori Manley; they have four children and two grandchildren. He and Lori enjoy spending time with their family in the great outdoors and traveling as a family. Pruitt is also active as a baseball coach and currently manages the Drive Baseball traveling team.

Donnie Burroughs, who serves as manager of our Mechanical Department, has been with Martin Mechanical Contractors for 13 years and in the mechanical trade for 18 years. He began his career as a control and start up technician. Donnie is a licensed HVAC technician. In addition, he has been trained in Dessicent Dehumidification Systems, boilers and water heaters, and pneumatic control systems. Donnie's responsibilities include acting as mechanical department estimator and project manager.
Donnie is a lifelong resident of Madison County where he resides with his wife, four children and his bulldog. His hobbies include hunting and fishing, watching football, and playing guitar and singing with his band, The Randall Jackson Band.

Scott Hodgkins, Plumbing Project Manager for Martin, has been in the mechanical industry for over twenty years. He manages the plumbing department and handles underground utility projects for the company.
Scott lives near Oakwood, Georgia with his wife and three children and enjoys spending time with his family.

Mike Fowler, who serves as director of business development for Martin Mechanical Contractors, joined Martin Mechanical in 2010 and brings over 10 years of experience in sales and business development to our company. Mike is responsible for building long term relationships between various business communities and Martin Mechanical. His other duties include managing our company's bid process, creating our marketing platform and identifying new business opportunities.
Mike, a life long resident of Atlanta, Georgia, graduated Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a B.A. in History. He and his wife Kelly have a son, Robert Michael Fowler III. In his spare time, Mike enjoys hunting and fishing, watching UGA football games, playing golf, cooking, crossword puzzles, reading and spending time with his family and friends.

Mike Harrison joined Martin Mechanical Contractors in 2010 as our Controller. Mike is a twenty year veteran of commercial construction accounting and financial management. Mike graduated cum laude from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Mike, a North Carolina native, is married and has one child. He enjoys running and bicycling in the great state of Georgia.

Jeff Godfrey, Martin Mechanical's Electrical Field Superintendent, has 26 years experience in the electrical contracting business and has been with Martin Mechanical for three years. Jeff has his Class II Unrestricted Electrical contractors license, is a Georgia Water & Soil Conservation Awareness Certified Subcontractor, is trained in excavating and trenching and is OSHA 30 Certified. Jeff's specialties include installing electrical systems, including process controls, in industrial, commercial, and hazardous settings.
Jeff is a native of Lawrenceville, GA and currently resides with his wife and children in Canon, GA. His hobbies include hunting and fishing and photography.

Bobby Hanley has been our HVAC Field Superintendent since August 2005. As Field Superintendent Bobby is responsible for all HVAC field operations including scheduling manpower, ordering equipment, and overseeing construction. Bobby is a natural leader and keeps our workforce motivated to complete projects on budget and on schedule, while maintaining our commitment to quality workmanship. Bobby is one of Martin Mechanical's most valuable assets and has been with us for 35 years. In his 39 years in the industry Bobby has worked his way up from sheet metal mechanic assistant, sheet metal mechanic, field foreman to his current position as field superintendent. Bobby holds a license in conditioned air.
Bobby, a native of Madison County now resides in Stephens County with his wife Susan. He has three children - Jason, Josh and Lori and five grandchildren whom he loves spending time with and spoiling. In his spare time Bobby enjoys fishing, golfing and traveling to Professional Bull Riding events as a spectator.

Elaine Dunagan Wright
After spending twenty-two years in the public accounting field with the same firm and two years running and managing a 450 acre family cattle farm, Elaine joined the family business in January of 2008. Elaine serves as the day to day Information Systems and Information Technology director. She also serves as Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager on specific jobs and takes on various other duties when the need arises, including but not limited to most of the electronic paperwork required by our customers.
Elaine is a native and life long resident of Barrow County. She is a 1983 graduate of North Georgia College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Elaine has one son, Travis and in her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, Georgia Football and spending time with friends and family.

Teresa Self has been with Martin Mechanical Contractors for 26 years, and is responsible for preparing the company's payroll and for keeping our accounts receivables current. Teresa believes that her success at Martin Mechanical is owed to four great teachers she has had during her time at Martin Mechanical: Paul Martin, Paul Minish and R. Jack Dunagan, who taught her to be a better person, and Jack Dunagan, II, who has taught her to believe in herself.
Teresa, who graduated from Madison County High School, resides in Hull, Georgia. She has two children and two grandchildren. In addition, Teresa considers her co-workers to be part of her extended family. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, watching football, and watching auto racing.

Joy Hilley has been with Martin Mechanical Contractors since 2008, and is responsible for keeping our accounts payable current. Her responsibilities include paying subcontractors, vendors, as well paying our monthly bills.
Joy resides with her husband Billy in Oconee County, Georgia. She has two daughters, two grandchildren and a stepson. In her spare time Joy supports the University of Georgia Athletic Department assisting with football traffic control and ushering winter sports.
